Have I mentioned I have a retitle? I knew it was
coming and it's here!
My second Carina Press book, formerly known as
Lost & Found, occasionally known as the Big Book 'O Angst, is now
officially MAYBE THIS TIME.
It’s pretty perfect for what Ezra and Donner go
through in life and love. They’ve both been hurt. Maybe this time they’ll get
it right. :)
The Big Book 'O Angst is scheduled for late July
2014.
I just found your books yesterday, while trying to figure out how to try the m/m genre for the first time. I was lucky enough to get an ARC of No Such Thing from NetGalley, read it in a day, and absolutely loved it! I'll be posting my review closer to the release date.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see Ezra's book. Will Ale and Jaime make an appearance?
Enjoy!

Hi! I am so happy to hear you've discovered the wonderful world of m/m romance! Welcome! There are some really fantastic authors in this genre, and so many lovely stories to discover.
DeleteThank you so much for giving NO SUCH THING a try, and for reviewing it!
Jaime and Ale appear several times in Ezra's book. Apparently one time out with Ezra at Pot O Gold isn't enough for Jaime.... *grin*
YEAH! :) I loved that scene at the Pot O Gold . . . and the scene right after, too. I wouldn't have complained if it had went further, but I see that Jaime and Ale needed to get their relationship figured out first. Fun experiments can come later. :)
DeleteI can't wait . . . is it July yet?
Oh, and since I'm new to the genre, any suggestions would be great!
Enjoy,
TBQ
Heidi Cullinan and KA Mitchell are two of my favorite m/m authors. They both write wonderfully sexy, angsty books. I'd give Dance With Me (by Heidi) and Collision Course (by KA) a go first, to get a good taste of their writing styles and voices.
DeleteI also recommend Amy Lane, LA Witt, Josephine Myles, and Anne Tenino. You always get great stories from these ladies.
Perfect -- I'm off to check all those authors out on GoodReads, thank you!
DeleteEnjoy,

Soooo.... you're saying, a new book out which is full of angst? Ohhhh awesome... look forward to reading it! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh yes. I wanted to throttle Ezra several times while writing his book. :) Thanks so much!
